I know it’s a little late to try to make anything Valentine’s Day themed, but I just couldn’t help it with this pink shake. Seriously, guys, this might be the best protein shake I’ve ever made. Or maybe it’s just because I drank it late at night, after my 7-mile treadmill run, and while drinking it found out that I had a snow day the next day. That surely helped. But mostly, it was just delicious.
I don’t know why, exactly, but the consistency of this shake was much thicker and more ice-cream-like than most of my shakes. It was truly the most milkshake-like protein drink I’ve ever created. So, without further ado…
Strawberry Protein Milkshake
1 C almond milk
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/3 C Greek yogurt
1 frozen banana
1 C frozen strawberries
1 Tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1 splash vanilla extract
Blend it up! Top with sprinkles
Yummm! That sounds delicious!
