For those of you who hang on to my every word, and are wondering why I haven’t mentioned anything more about signing up for Round 4 of Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp, it’s because I dropped out.
Between marathon training and Kosama coaching, PLUS moving into our house this month, I just didn’t think I’d be able to fit in a third (!) workout plan. I’m hoping that by the time Round 5 comes around, I’m comfortable enough with the Kosama program and settled enough in our new living situation that I can take full advantage. (Especially if it’s post-marathon season and during the summer when I have ample time to work out!)
So, have fun, those of you who are participating! I will be reading your posts full of envy

Ugh, I agree! I wonder how many calories carrying boxed and moving furniture burns… I’ll bet it’s more than I usually burn at the gym!
